We accept returns of products within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customers have the right to apply for a return within this period.

PART I – LIMITED WARRANTY

These BUBLUE After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) apply only to BUBLUE products purchased directly from BUBLUE for personal use. By using your BUBLUE product, you agree to be bound by these policies.

When receiving service, BUBLUE is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in BUBLUE's possession or in transit, if BUBLUE is responsible for transportation.

BUBLUE is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information, contained in a product.

What Will BUBLUE Do

BUBLUE will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone or e-mail. BUBLUE may direct you to download or install specific software updates. If your problem cannot be resolved via e-mail, over the phone, or through software updates, you may need to deliver the product to BUBLUE for further examination or to local BUBLUE appointed service centers.

What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Damages caused by misuse or failure to follow the user manual, including:
    • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
    • Lost or stolen products.
    • Items past their warranty period.
    • Non-quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase.
    • Free products.
    • Repairs through third parties.
    • Damage from external sources.
    • Damage due to product misuse, including falls, extreme temperatures, water, or improper operation.

Product and Part Replacement

When after-sales service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes BUBLUE’s property, and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered BUBLUE products and parts are eligible for replacement.

Replacement products or parts provided by BUBLUE may not be new but will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty.

A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.

PART II – WARRANTY

Under this Limited Warranty, BUBLUE warrants that each BUBLUE product you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with BUBLUE's published product materials during the warranty period. BUBLUE's published product materials include user manuals, quick start guides, maintenance specifications, disclaimers, and in-app notifications. The warranty period varies for different products and parts. Please check the information below to verify the duration of the warranty for your specific product or parts.

The warranty period for the product starts on the original date of purchase specified on your sales receipt or invoice, while a pre-order product starts from the shipping date from the local warehouse.

BUBLUE will need users to arrange the shipment by themselves if users would like to send the products to the local service center or BUBLUE factory for further diagnosis. BUBLUE will repair or replace and send it back to users at no cost if the problem falls under this Limited Warranty. If not, BUBLUE or a designated service center may charge a fee accordingly.

BUBLUE guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, Warranty Repair Service can be requested. Please contact BUBLUE or your authorized BUBLUE dealer for more details.

DAP (Dead-After-Purchase, Defective-After-Purchase, and/or Damaged-After-Purchase)

After receiving goods from BUBLUE, if the product appears damaged or has performance failures, please contact BUBLUE to identify and confirm the replacement.

Replacement or refund applies to DAP cases. It shall be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. The replacement will be completed within 14 calendar days upon receipt of the completed goods, including all original accessories, attachments, and packaging.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

For cases under warranty conditions, you can obtain warranty service by contacting BUBLUE's local dealer or through the official website. For products ordered from a local dealer, please contact the dealer.

You will need to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt, or order number (for BUBLUE Direct Sales) along with the Serial Number of your products for warranty service. Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact BUBLUE for information specific to your location.

Please note that the warranty service is only available in the respective BUBLUE service regions where you purchased your BUBLUE product.

Your Other Rights

This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with BUBLUE. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including the rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

BUBLUE is Not Liable For

  • Loss of data resulting from the use of BUBLUE products.
  • Returning personal items sent to BUBLUE. The buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
