We offer free shipping for all orders placed on bublue.com.

Where Does BUBLUE Ship To?

United States

Shipping is available within the continental US. Currently, we do not ship to military post boxes or the following regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

The average transit time is 3-7 business days. Typically, we ship out the goods within 48 hours, and the average transit time depends on the logistics. (Note: The delivery time for pre-sale products is subject to their arrival time.)

How Will My Package Be Shipped?

To ensure the quickest delivery time, we work with several carriers, including USPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics, and FedEx.

Shipping Instructions

Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information to ensure successful delivery.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign for the delivery or open the package. In such cases, contact the BUBLUE Support Team at support@bublue.com.

FAQ

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time? We try to ensure all your items reach you simultaneously. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out? Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun, please contact the BUBLUE Support Team at support@bublue.com.

Notes:

If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing it, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. BUBLUE will not replace the order or issue a refund.
